The Job:

As a Manager, Demand Planning COE, you’ll lead the deployment and support of SBD Demand Planning processes and systems for the Tools and Outdoor business within the Americas. You will drive adoption of global standards, foster continuous improvement, and serve as a key partner between regional and global planning teams.

  • Deploy and implement new Demand Planning processes, tools, reports, and systems developed by the Global Demand Planning COE Create team.
  • Support the deployment of the Demand Planning Playbook in the Americas.
  • Ensure adherence and drive adoption of standardized processes to drive consistency and deliver sustainable results.
  • Support regional Demand Planning functions, providing expertise and global standards in process, systems, tools, and data though training, troubleshooting, and solutions to complex business challenges.
  • Proactively identify and address opportunities in regional capabilities and processes, collaborating with regional and global teams to implement effective solutions.
  • Participate in regional Demand meetings to understand current process status and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Analyze current-state processes to gain detailed insights into planning process execution, systems, data, planning scope, and team structure.
  • Collaborate with the Global Demand COE Create team to maintain a standardized approach to Demand Planning Playbooks, deployment, and ongoing updates.
  • Share and adopt best practices by partnering with members of the COE Deploy team in other regions.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of a next-generation planning system, ensuring regional requirements are represented.
  • Support creating and sustaining a Super User network within the region; provide ongoing training and support for continuous learning and capability growth.

Desired Experience & Education:

  • BS in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5 years of Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Project Management experience
  • Strong knowledge of Demand Planning principles and systems
  • Flexibility to travel, including internationally, ~15% of the time

The base pay range for this position is $77,600- $124,890 per year.

Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
