Room Attendant Overview

First impressions are everything. As a Room Attendant with Waterford Hotel Group, you play a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. You are responsible for creating clean, comfortable, and welcoming environments that allow our guests to relax and feel at home. Through attention to detail, efficiency, and pride in your work, you directly contribute to guest satisfaction, brand standards, and the overall success of the property.

Room Attendants are ambassadors of the hotel, promoting a positive image through professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence. Every room you service represents our commitment to quality and hospitality.

What you will be doing:

Room attendants are responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests. They ensure that all rooms are inviting and clean and address all guest requests.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting guests and responding to queries.

  • Changing bed linen and making beds.

  • Replacing used towels and other bathroom amenities, such as shampoo and soap.

  • Sweeping and mopping floors.

  • Vacuuming carpets.

  • Dusting and polishing furniture.

  • Emptying trash containers.

  • Cleaning public areas, such as corridors.

  • Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs.

  • Updating status of guest rooms to Supervisors or Managers.

  • Returning and restocking cleaning supplies at shift end.

Job Requirements:
